A: The conference will provide delegates with access to some of the leading executives in the secondary paper recycling industry in an interactive panel discussion format.

Q: What are the registration fees for the show?

Q: How will I know that my registration has been received?
A: All delegates will receive an confirmation notice via e-mail. Confirmations will be sent by mail by request only.
Q: How do I pay for the registration fee?
A:. Delegates can pay for their registration fees with credit card, bank cheque or wire transfer.
Q: Do you accept on-site registrations?
A: Yes. Onsite registrations are accepted on a space available basis. An additional USD $50 per person fee is assessed for all on site registrations.
Q: What is the policy on cancellations, refunds and substitutions?
A: All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or mailed – voice mails will not be accepted. A refund, minus a 20% administrative fee, will be issued if the cancellation notice is received 10 days business days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after this timeor for no shows. Delegates can notify the conference at any time that another individual will attend in their place. On-site registrations are accepted on a space available basis only and will be charged a USD $50 per delegate service fee. The conference reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if this occurs. The Paper Recycling Conference - Asia assumes no responsibility for personal or travel expenses incurred. The Paper Recycling Conference - Europe is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
Q: When do I receive my badge and conference materials?
A: Badges will be available for pick up on-site.
Q. How to I go about receving a Visa to attend the conference?
A. Delegates requiring visas should request a visa invitation letter from Pira at the time of booking ensuring that sufficient time is left for applications to be completed. Delegates are then responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate embassy themselves. Pira can do nothing further to assist in this process.

All delegates should bring proof of registration - a print out of booking confirmation, or invoice
All delegates should wear their name badge for the duration of the conference - those not wearing a name badge will be politely reminded on-site to do so.
